Homegrown Roasted Beets
Beets from my garden. I roast them in the toaster oven at 450 degree F for about 40 minutes covered in foil. The skin will come off easily after cooked.
Yati, I like beets. Sweet. Some people make pickle. I eat it with salt and pepper as appetizer. You must grow this vegetables. It doesn't require much work. Just water them. No problem with worm either.
